The Sicao Dazhong Temple has a history of over 200 years and serves as a religious center for fishermen in the An-nan District. The birthday of the Admiral of the Navy is celebrated annually on the 15th day of the 11th lunar month. Visitors to this location not only come to worship the Dazhong Ye for the blessing of family safety but can also enjoy the natural scenery of the mangrove area behind the temple, which forms a green tunnel over the water. This space not only shades visitors from the intense sunlight but also blocks the cold winds, creating a warm winter and cool summer environment. As one gently paddles along the waterways in a rubber raft, herons, night herons, and other birds can often be seen flying low along the shores, eliciting exclamations of wonder. From March to May each year, this area also serves as a migration period for wintering birds returning to the north. During this time, the sky above Sicao is filled with a spectacular sight of countless birds soaring, making for an unforgettable experience.

Every year on the 15th day of the 11th lunar month, the birthday of the Emperor of the Sea is celebrated. Visitors to this area, in addition to worshiping Dazhong Ye for family safety, can also enjoy the green tunnel landscape formed by the mangrove area behind the temple, which naturally provides shade from the intense sun and protection from cold winds, making it warm in winter and cool in summer. Slowly drifting along on an inflatable boat, one can occasionally spot egrets, night herons, or other birds flying low along the banks, eliciting rounds of admiration. From March to May each year, this area is also a migration period for wintering birds returning to the north, during which the sky in Sicao is filled with flocks of birds soaring, creating a spectacular and unforgettable scene.
