Tropical Palm Golf Club Introduction
Since construction began in 1987, it took five years to complete the golf course. Located at the foot of Alishan, the Palm Lake Resort, created by Toyo Enterprises, is a comprehensive resort that combines golf, dining, accommodation, and leisure spa services. The swaying coconut trees, palm trees, wooden cabins, and staff dressed in Hawaiian shirts exude a strong tropical atmosphere. The 18-hole golf course, designed by the renowned Japanese designer Shunsuke Kato, has a par of 72 and stretches 7,064 yards. The designer skillfully incorporates bunkers, ponds, and the undulating terrain to create a uniquely styled and challenging championship course. In addition to the outstanding 18-hole course, the wooden clubhouse, though compact, radiates a relaxing holiday vibe and is equipped with comprehensive facilities. The Phoenix Pavilion restaurant on the second floor offers exquisite Cantonese and Taiwanese cuisine. Moreover, the imported hardwood constructed resort cabins emit a natural phytoncide scent and boast the refined style of international seasonal hotels. Recently completed is the expansive 3,000 ping Tropical Island Water World, designed by international design master Stephen, which replicates the tropical charm of Hawaii, providing the best swimming destination for families.
