Chen Jen-En Historic Site Introduction
Located in front of the right side of the Yangzhai Huishan Temple in Kinmen, it was built to honor the father (Chen Zhen) and elevate the son (Chen Jian), receiving a royal decree. The Chen Zhen Enrong Archway is a county-designated historic site, constructed with granite. It was announced as a third-level historic site in November 1988. The Chen Zhen Enrong Archway is a four-pillar, three-room, three-story structure with a soaring design, primarily made of granite, while the "Enrong" plaque, bird-shaped brackets, and some decorations are made of greenstone. Each of the four square columns is adorned with double-layer horizontal beams, with the upper beam having a drum-shaped section, embedded with the "Enrong" plaque. It is the only remaining stone archway from the Ming Dynasty in the Kinmen area.
