Sky Lounge Introduction
The Qingtian Hall is located in the heart of Mount Taiwu, measuring 60 meters in length, 18 meters in width, and 11 meters in height. It is a spacious hall that can accommodate thousands of people. The hall was carved into the mountain wall by drilling holes, inserting explosives, and then manually excavating. The walls display traces of the excavation and rock textures, creating a magnificent natural scene. Qingtian Hall is connected to other tunnels and was once used as a medical shelter and a command center during combat. During the war, nearly all defensive facilities and combat points in Kinmen were constructed underground and linked by tunnels, creating various spaces to meet military needs. The extensive network almost reaches various locations on the main island, earning it the nickname "Underground Kinmen."
