Sky Lounge Introduction
The Qingtian Hall is located in the heart of Mount Taiwu, measuring 60 meters in length, 18 meters in width, and 11 meters in height. It is a spacious hall that can accommodate thousands of people. At the time, it was carved out of the mountain wall by drilling holes, inserting explosives, and then manually excavating. The walls display traces of excavation and rock textures, creating a magnificent natural scenery. The Qingtian Hall is connected to other tunnels and was once used as a medical shelter as well as a combat command center. During the war, Kinmen virtually underground all its defense facilities and combat points, connecting them with underground tunnels to meet military needs and create various spaces. Its extensive network almost reaches all areas of the main island, earning it the nickname "Underground Kinmen."
