Kinmen Botanical Garden Introduction
At the foot of Mount Taiwu, the Kinmen Botanical Garden was formerly the Taiwu Nursery, which specialized in cultivating landscape seedlings. In collaboration with the Kinmen County Government and the Forestry and Natural Conservation Bureau, over the course of 5 years, more than 200 species of South China plants and native plants of Kinmen were collected. The garden features various areas including: "Plant Source Planting Area," "Stream Ecological Zone," "Bunker Exhibition," "Wetland Ecology and Aquatic Plant Display Area," "Scenic Observation Area," "Natural Ecological Area," and more than thirty bunkers within the park, creating a botanical garden that combines nature, education, and military history.
