Doumen Old Trail Introduction
The Doumen Ancient Trail is a newly developed mountain path for climbing Mount Taiwu. This trail has preserved its original natural appearance due to past military control, and offers broad scenic views and rich ecology along the way. The trailhead is located at the foot of Mount Taiwu near Doumen, and the endpoint is at the Zheng Chenggong Observation and Chess Playing Area. Although the trail is only about 1 kilometer long, it is quite steep and not easy to traverse. A section of the path is carved into a steep granite cliff, adding to the thrilling experience.
