Wuqitei Introduction
"Wuqui Pavilion" is located alongside the road between Mount Taiwu and the Tomb of Liu Wang. It is a hexagonal gazebo with green tiles and red pillars. The name "Wuqui Pavilion" serves to encourage military comrades to emulate the spirit of Wen Tianxiang and to become individuals who are worthy of天地父母 (Heaven and Earth). Inside the pavilion stands a marble monument with an inscription on the front, carved by Mr. Zong Xiaocheng, which quotes the teachings of the founding father regarding "military spirit education." The back features a self-praise written by Zhang Mojun: "Confucius said, 'To achieve righteousness,' and Mengzi stated, 'To pursue justice.' Only by fulfilling righteousness can one attain true benevolence. What is the purpose of studying the sacred texts? From now on, may I strive to live without shame." This illustrates the significance behind the naming of Wuqui Pavilion.
