Spring Farm Introduction
Located in the Taoyuan Hushan Mountain Range, the area spans 3 hectares with a valley topography surrounded by mountains. A clear stream emerging from Hushan runs through the facility, which was previously a site of desolation and ruins but is now thriving with life. In 2003, Sweet Potato Vine began its development, adhering to the principle of preserving the original landscape while maintaining large areas of terraced fields. The farm rotates various vegetables organically according to the seasons, while also extensively planting native Taiwanese varieties such as bananas and herbs. The farm includes thousands of Taiwanese cherry blossom trees, bald cypress, water lilies, and various nectar-producing plants, attracting a multitude of butterflies. As a result, in spring, the farm not only functions to supply naturally delicious fruits and vegetables but also offers a beautiful landscape for enjoyment and appreciation.
