Spring Farm Introduction
Located in the Hushan Mountain Range in Taoyuan, covering an area of 3 hectares, the valley is surrounded by mountains. A pure stream emerging from Hushan runs through it, and before development, it was a desolate area with ruins but full of vitality. In 2003, Sweet Potato Vine settled in for development, adhering to the principle of not destroying the original landscape while retaining large areas of terraced fields. In addition to rotating various vegetables using organic farming methods according to the seasons, it also extensively plants Taiwan's native species including banana plants and herbs. The farm is home to thousands of Taiwan cherry blossoms, cypress trees, water lilies, and various nectar plants, attracting a myriad of butterflies in spring, making the farm not only functional for producing naturally delicious vegetables and herbs but also aesthetically pleasing for visitors.
