Spring Farm Introduction
Located in the Hukou Mountain Range of Taoyuan, covering an area of 3 hectares, the farm sits in a valley surrounded by mountains. A pure stream flows through the area, which was barren with ruins before development, but is now teeming with life. In 2003, Sweet Potato Vine settled and developed the area with the principle of not disturbing the original topography, preserving a large area of terrace fields. The farm practices seasonal organic farming methods to rotate various vegetables and also cultivates a large number of native Taiwanese plants such as banana plants and herbs. The farm features thousands of Taiwan cherry blossoms, bald cypress trees, water lilies, and various nectar plants, attracting a multitude of butterflies and creating a beautiful landscape that offers both agricultural production of natural, delicious fruits and vegetables as well as scenic enjoyment in spring.
