Spring Farm Introduction
Located in the Hutuoshan Mountain Range in Taoyuan, covering an area of 3 hectares, this valley is surrounded by mountains, with a pure stream flowing through it. Before development, it was a wild and overgrown area, but now it is vibrant with life. In 2003, Sweet Potato Vine set up operations here, adhering to the principle of not damaging the original landscape while maintaining large areas of terraced fields. Besides rotating various vegetables using organic farming methods according to the seasons, they also planted a large number of native Taiwanese plants such as banana plants and herbs. The farm features thousands of Taiwanese cherry blossoms, bald cypress, water lilies, and various nectar plants, attracting a flurry of butterflies.
