Spring Farm Introduction
Located in the Huzhou Mountain Range of Taoyuan, covering an area of 3 hectares, the valley terrain is surrounded by mountains. A pure stream emerging from Huzhou Mountain flows through the area, which was a wasteland with ruins before development but is now vibrant with life. In 2003, Sweet Potato Vine began its development, adhering to the principle of not destroying the original landscape, preserving large areas of terraced fields. In addition to rotating various vegetables using organic farming methods according to the seasons, it also extensively cultivates native Taiwanese plants such as bananas and herbs. The farm features thousands of Taiwanese cherry blossoms, cypress trees, water lilies, and various nectar plants, attracting butterflies throughout the garden.
