Spring Farm Introduction
Located in the Huzhou Mountain Range of Taoyuan, covering an area of 3 hectares, the valley is surrounded by mountains. A pure stream from Huzhou Mountain runs through it, and before its development, it was a wild and desolate area with dilapidated walls but full of vitality. In 2003, the Sweet Potato Vine settled here for development, adhering to the principle of preserving the original landscape while maintaining large terraces. In addition to rotating various vegetables organically according to the seasons, it also extensively plants native Taiwanese banana plants, herbs, and other flora. The farm cultivates thousands of Taiwanese cherry blossoms, bald cypress, water lilies, and various nectar-producing plants, attracting a myriad of butterflies, making the spring season farm not only able to supply naturally flavorful vegetables and herbs but also providing a beautiful landscape for enjoyment.
