In 2018, a determined young woman, fueled by her passion for desserts, dreamed of creating enchanting sweets. Twenty years later, with the unwavering support and courage of her family, she finally opened her own dessert shop in October 2017. On the path to realizing her dream, she has dedicated herself to inspiring creativity and innovation within herself and her team, crafting desserts that leave lasting impressions through countless trials and adjustments. • By channeling her feelings and sensitivity towards life, she creates products that touch the heart. • Continuing to enhance the richness and complexity of desserts due to her dissatisfaction with taste. • Infusing new flavors and life into classic traditional desserts.
