The owner, Mr. Kuo Hsien-Chin, along with his wife and their son Kuo Yuh-Han, who studied in Japan, combines professional management with exquisite baking techniques to elevate the quality of traditional delicacies known as the "Three Treasures": nougat, flaky pastry, and dorayaki. These treats showcase refined aesthetic qualities, and both the flaky pastry and nougat are praised by many, while the newly introduced dorayaki flavors have become a hot seller. Not only has the shop secured a place within the county, but it has also gained favor among international customers from Europe, America, and Japan, starting from the national gateway of Taoyuan, and has won numerous awards, representing top-tier craftsmanship and local spirit.
