The owner Guo Xianjin and his wife, along with their son Guo Yuhan who studied in Japan, utilize professional management and exquisite baking techniques to elevate the craftsmanship of their signature products, namely nougat, flaky pastry, and dorayaki, to a higher level of quality and aesthetic appeal. Not only are the flaky pastries and nougat praised by many, but the newly flavored dorayaki is also exceptionally popular. They have not only carved out a niche in the county but have continually gained favor with foreign customers from Europe, America, and Japan, beginning their journey at the national gateway of Taoyuan, and have won numerous awards, representing the pinnacle of local craftsmanship. The first edition of Taoyuan's top ten souvenirs features the Taoyuan pineapple cake gift box, with the pineapple cake being the highlight that best represents Taiwan, complemented by internationally renowned French baking techniques to create a superb artisan pastry.
