In 2018, a determined young woman, fueled by her passion for desserts, dreamt of creating enchanting treats. Twenty years later, with the full support and courage of her family, she finally opened her own dessert shop in October 2017. Along the journey of pursuing her dream, she pushed herself and her team to unleash creativity and innovation; through countless trials and adjustments, she crafted desserts that leave a lasting impression. • By tapping into a sensitivity to life, she creates heartfelt products. • Continuously dissatisfied with flavors, she enhances the richness and depth of her desserts. • She breathes new flavors and life into classic traditional desserts.
