In 2018, a determined young woman, driven by her passion for desserts, dreamed of creating enchanting sweets. After 20 years, with the full support and courage of her family, she finally opened her own dessert shop in October 2017. On the journey of realizing her dream, she exerted all her efforts to inspire creativity and innovation within herself and her team; through countless trials and adjustments, they created desserts that leave lasting impressions. • By capturing the essence of life and sensitivity, she created heartfelt products. • Continually striving for improvement, she enhances the richness and complexity of her desserts due to dissatisfaction with flavors. • She breathes new flavors and life into classic traditional desserts. With a clear philosophy in establishing the shop, she provides everyone with an imaginative and reassuring environment to enjoy desserts; embracing great dreams and a global perspective, she aspires to become a renowned local dessert shop on par with famous dessert places in Japan and South Korea.
