Flip Dessert Introduction
In 2018, a tenacious young woman, fueled by her passion for desserts, dreamed of creating enchanting sweets. Twenty years later, with the full support and courage of her family, she finally opened her own dessert shop in October 2017. Along the journey of realizing her dreams, she poured her heart into inspiring creativity and innovation within herself and her team. Through countless attempts and adjustments, she has created desserts that leave a lasting impression. • She creates heartfelt products through her sensitivity and perception of life. • Constantly dissatisfied with the flavors, she enhances the richness and complexity of her desserts. • She gives new flavors and life to traditional classic desserts. With a clear philosophy in establishing the shop, she aims to provide everyone with an imaginative and safe environment to enjoy desserts; harboring great dreams and an international perspective, she aspires to become a local gem on par with renowned dessert shops in Japan and South Korea.
