Meino Building has a prominent plaque hanging in its first-floor restaurant, indicating its status as a century-old establishment. When inquiring about the current main person in charge, it is indeed confirmed that the business has been passed down to the fifth generation. Every time a large group gathers around the table, I always order the restaurant's famous signature pig head meat and white cut chicken. While pig head meat can be found everywhere, Meino Building's preparation stands out as particularly fresh and tender, leaving a lasting impression on those who have tasted it. Additionally, the white cut chicken is served with a mixture of salt, rice wine, garlic paste, and basil drizzled on top, creating a unique flavor. Furthermore, the signature dish that isn't listed on the menu, the pork intestines, often sells out first. Many dishes are topped with fried shallots, which I suspect are the soul of the restaurant.
