Meinong Building Restaurant Introduction

The restaurant Meino Lou has a prominent plaque hanging on its first floor, indicating that it is a century-old establishment. Inquiring with the current main person in charge, it is indeed run by the fifth generation now. Each time I visit when there are many people gathered around the table, I must order the restaurant's famous signature dish, pig's head meat, and white cut chicken. While pig's head meat can be found everywhere, Meino Lou's preparation makes it particularly delicious and tender, leaving a lasting impression on those who have tried it. Additionally, the white cut chicken is served with a sauce made of salt, wine, garlic paste, and Thai basil, creating a unique flavor. Furthermore, the signature dish not stated on the menu, the intestine sausage, often sells out first. Many dishes are garnished with fried shallots, which I suspect are the soul of the restaurant.
