Meinong Building Restaurant Introduction
Meino House has a prominent plaque hanging in its first-floor restaurant, indicating its status as a century-old establishment. Upon inquiring with the current main person in charge, it turned out that it has indeed been passed down to the fifth generation. Every time I go when it's crowded, I always order the famous signature dishes: pig head meat and white cut chicken. While pig head meat can be found everywhere, Meino House's preparation is particularly fresh and tender, leaving a lasting impression on those who have tasted it. Additionally, the white cut chicken is garnished with a sauce made of salt, wine, garlic puree, and basil, giving it a unique flavor. Furthermore, the signature pork intestines, which are not indicated on the menu, are often the first to sell out. Many dishes are topped with crispy shallots, which I suspect is the secret ingredient that makes this place special.
