Meinong Tower Restaurant Introduction
Meino Restaurant has a prominent plaque hanging on its first floor, indicating that it is a century-old establishment. Inquiring about the current main proprietor reveals that it has indeed been passed down to the fifth generation. Whenever there are many people dining, I always order the restaurant's famous signature dishes: pig head meat and poached chicken. While pig head meat is commonly found everywhere, Meino Restaurant prepares it in a particularly fresh and tender way that leaves a lasting impression on anyone who tries it. Moreover, the poached chicken is served with a mixture of salt, wine, minced garlic, and basil on the outside, creating an exceptional flavor. Additionally, there is a signature dish, the pig intestines, which is often the first to sell out, even though it is not listed on the signboard. Many dishes are topped with crispy shallots, which I suspect are the soul of the restaurant.
