Meino Tower's first-floor restaurant features a prominent plaque indicating its status as a century-old establishment. Upon inquiring about the current main proprietor, it is confirmed that the business has indeed passed down to the fifth generation. Whenever I visit with a group, I must order the restaurant's famous signature pig head meat and white-cut chicken. While pig head meat is commonly found, Meino Tower's preparation is particularly delicious and tender, leaving a lasting impression on those who try it. Additionally, the white-cut chicken is served with a sauce made of salt, wine, garlic paste, and basil, providing a unique flavor. Furthermore, the signature dish of pig intestine, not explicitly mentioned on the menu, often sells out quickly. Many dishes are garnished with fried shallots, which I suspect are the soul of the establishment.
