Shi-He Restaurant (formerly San-He Diner) Introduction

This restaurant is run by three generations of family, including cousins, which is why it is named Sanhe. The owners have a shared commitment to the ingredients, as they grow their own vegetables and raise their own poultry. It has been established for seventeen years now. The poached free-range chicken is made from their home-raised chickens, and the meat is particularly tender and chewy. The Hakka stir-fry is prepared by the owners in a way that both adults and children love, with 4.5 types of common ingredients stir-fried to perfection, making it extremely addictive. The green pepper century egg is a special signature dish of this restaurant, a must-order for every customer. The owner first roasts the green peppers and removes the skins, then mixes them with a special sauce and century eggs, creating a dish that is particularly refreshing.
