World Harmony Restaurant (formerly San He Eatery) Introduction
This restaurant is run by three generations of siblings from the same family, hence the name Sanhe. The owners share a common commitment to their ingredients, using vegetables and poultry that are cultivated and raised by themselves. Established for seventeen years, their signature dish is the white-cut free-range chicken, made from their locally raised chickens, which provides a particularly tender and chewy texture. The Hakka stir-fry is another highlight, crafted to appeal to both adults and children, combining 4.5 types of ingredients that are evenly stir-fried to perfection, making it hard to have just one bite. The green pepper and century egg dish is a unique signature item of this restaurant, a must-order for every patron. The owner first roasts the green peppers before peeling them and combines them with a special sauce and century eggs, resulting in a refreshingly delicious dish.
