Shih Ho Restaurant (formerly San Ho Dining Hall) Introduction

This restaurant is run by three generations of family members, hence the name Sanhe. The owners are all committed to using quality ingredients, growing their own vegetables and raising their own poultry. It has been established for seventeen years. The white cut free-range chicken is made using their own raised chickens, resulting in meat that is particularly tender and chewy. The Hakka stir-fry is a traditional Hakka dish that the owners have adapted to be enjoyed by both adults and children. They evenly stir-fry 4.5 common ingredients until they are flavorful, making it impossible to stop at just one bite. The green pepper century egg is a signature dish unique to this restaurant, and it is a must-order for every guest. The owners first roast the green peppers and then remove the skin, mixing them with a special sauce and century eggs, creating a particularly refreshing taste.
