Red Bean Village Hsinchu Store Introduction
Red bean cake, also known as wheel cake, is a very ordinary street food with fillings mainly consisting of red beans and cream. The participating shop, two years ago, came across an old shop in southern Taiwan that specializes in red bean cakes made with Wandan red beans, and decided to introduce it to Hsinchu City as a way to pass down this delicious taste. Although it has only been open for a little over two years in Hsinchu City, it is said to have already captured the hearts of many young students.
