Red Bean Village Hsinchu Store Introduction
Red bean cake, also known as wheel cake, is an incredibly ordinary street food that features fillings primarily made of red beans and cream. Two years ago, the owner of a participating shop, by chance, discovered an old red bean cake shop in southern Taiwan that uses Wandan red beans as its main ingredient. They decided to bring this traditional flavor to Hsinchu City. Although the shop has only been open for a little over two years in Hsinchu City, it is said to have already captured the hearts of many young students. This undoubtedly reflects their strong confidence in their products. Let’s wait and see if they truly carry on the century-old delicious tradition.
