Red Bean Village Hsinchu Store Introduction
Red bean cake, also known as wheel cake, is a humble street food characterized by a filling primarily made of red beans and cream. The participating shop visited an old red bean cake store in southern Taiwan two years ago, which uses Wan Dan red beans as its ingredient, and decided to bring it to Hsinchu City to carry on the legacy of good taste. Although it has only been open for a little over two years in Hsinchu City, it is said to have already captured the hearts of many young students. One can only wait and see if it truly has inherited the century-old good flavor.
