Red Bean Village Hsinchu Store Introduction
Red bean cake, also known as wheel cake, is a common street food with a filling mainly made of red beans and cream. Two years ago, the participating store visited an old red bean cake shop in southern Taiwan that uses Wandan red beans as an ingredient, and decided to bring it to Hsinchu City to carry on the great taste. Although it has only been open in Hsinchu City for a little over two years, it is said to have captured the hearts of many young students. They must have great confidence in their products, so we look forward to seeing if they truly carry on the century-old delicious flavor.
