Red Bean Village Hsinchu店 Introduction
Red bean cake, also known as wheel cake, is an extremely ordinary street food, primarily filled with red beans, butter, and other ingredients. The participating store had the chance to discover an old shop from Southern Taiwan that uses Wandan red beans as its main ingredient two years ago. They decided to bring this traditional flavor to Hsinchu City. Although it has only been a little over two years since the opening in Hsinchu City, it is said to have already captured the hearts of many young students.
