Red Bean Village Hsinchu Store Introduction
Red bean cakes, also known as wheel cakes, are an ordinary street food, primarily filled with red beans, butter, and other ingredients. Two years ago, the participating store stumbled upon an old shop in southern Taiwan that uses Wan-Dan red beans as its main ingredient and resolved to bring it to Hsinchu City as a way to pass on good flavors. Although it has only been open for a little over two years in Hsinchu City, it is said to have already captured the hearts of many young students. One can only wait and see if it really inherits the century-old good taste.
