Red Bean Village Hsinchu Store Introduction
Red bean cake, also known as wheel cake, is an extremely ordinary street food that has fillings mainly made of red beans and cream. The participating store, two years ago, had the opportunity to visit an old shop in southern Taiwan that uses Wan-dan red beans as an ingredient for their red bean cakes, and they decided to bring this authentic taste to Hsinchu City as a way to preserve good flavors. Although it has only been open for just over two years in Hsinchu City, it is said to have already captured the hearts of many young students. One can anticipate whether they truly inherit the good taste that has been passed down for a century.
