Blake Garden Cafe Introduction
"Black Garden Café" is converted from a residential house. In addition to the indoor dining area, there is also an outdoor dining space accessible through the main entrance. The entire outdoor area is designed with a garden concept to help customers relax. The restaurant's name is derived from the owner's nickname "Little Black," and since it operates a coffee shop related to the color "black," it was named "Black Garden Café." Established in May 2001, the owner was originally a manager and factory director at Nestlé. Due to various circumstances, he left Nestlé and opened the café near the interchanges on Guangfu Road in the Hukou Industrial Park area. The café not only sells coffee beans but also offers a menu. Because of its proximity to the Hukou Industrial Park, the café sees a high number of diners from Monday to Friday during lunchtime, yet the food is served very quickly, leading to a short waiting time for customers. The prices are affordable, including soup, main courses, side dishes, and drinks after meals, making it a great spot for the general public and office workers to gather. In 2002, it received an exclusive interview from Vision Magazine, and in 2003, Public Television also came to interview. It is the largest coffee bean roasting factory in Taiwan, ensuring that the most professional and freshest coffee is served at Black Garden Café.
