Brekek Garden Cafe Introduction
"Black Garden Cafe" is a transformed residential space that features both an indoor dining area and an outdoor dining space upon entering the main door. The entire outdoor area is designed with a garden concept, allowing customers to relax. The restaurant's name comes from the owner's nickname "Little Black," which relates to "black" due to its coffee shop nature, hence the name "Black" (布雷克) Garden Cafe. Established in May 2001, the owner, originally a manager and factory director at Nestlé, left the company by chance and opened a café near the interchange on Guangfu Road in the Hukou Industrial Park, operating independently. Besides selling coffee beans, the café also offers meals. Due to its proximity to the Hukou Industrial Park, the café enjoys a large number of lunch customers from Monday to Friday, with a very fast serving speed, so customers experience short wait times. The pricing is affordable, including soup, main courses, side dishes, and post-meal drinks, making it a great spot for the general public and office workers to gather. In 2002, the café was featured in a special report by Global Views magazine, and in 2003, it was also interviewed by Public Television Service. It is the largest coffee bean roasting factory in Taiwan, ensuring the most professional and freshest coffee is served at Black.
