Blake Garden Café Introduction
"Blake Garden Cafe" is a transformed residential space that features an indoor dining area and an outdoor dining space upon entering the main entrance. The entire outdoor area is designed with a garden concept, allowing customers to relax. The shop's name comes from the owner's nickname, "Little Black," as it is a coffee shop related to the color "black," hence the name "Blake" (from "Black") Garden Cafe. Established in May 2001, the owner, formerly a manager and factory director at Nestlé, started the cafe independently near the interchange on Guangfu Road in the Hukou Industrial Park area after leaving Nestlé. The cafe not only sells coffee beans but also provides meals. Due to its proximity to the Hukou Industrial Park, the shop experiences a high volume of lunchtime customers from Monday to Friday, but the serving speed is very rapid, resulting in short waiting times for consumers. The prices are affordable, including soup, main dishes, side dishes, and post-meal beverages, making it a great spot for the general public and office workers to gather for meals. In 2002, the cafe was featured in an exclusive interview with Global Views magazine, and in 2003, it was also covered by Public Television. It is the largest coffee bean roasting factory in Taiwan, ensuring that the most professional and freshest coffee is available at Blake.
