Blake Garden Cafe Introduction
"Breake Garden Café" is converted from a regular residence. In addition to the indoor dining area, there is also an outdoor dining space upon entering the front gate. The entire outdoor space is designed with a garden concept, allowing consumers to relax. The name of the café is derived from the owner's nickname "Little Black," and since it operates as a coffee shop, the name "Breake" (Black) Garden Café was chosen. The café was established in May 2001. The owner was originally a manager and plant director at Nestlé, but due to certain circumstances, left the company to independently open a café near the interchange on Guangfu Road in the Hukou Industrial Zone. In addition to selling coffee beans, the café also offers meals. Due to its proximity to the Hukou Industrial Zone, the number of lunch diners is very high from Monday to Friday, yet the speed of service is very fast, resulting in a short waiting time for consumers. The pricing is affordable, including soup, main dishes, side dishes, and beverages, making it a great spot for the general public and office workers to gather for meals. In 2002, it was featured in a special interview by Yuanzheng Magazine, and in 2003, Taiwan Public Television came to interview them as well. It is the largest coffee bean roasting factory in Taiwan, so the most professional and freshest coffee can be found at Breake.
