The boss lady hails from a Hakka family in Xinwu that has been involved in the catering industry. Growing up, she learned many Hakka dishes by observation. After marrying her husband in Hsinchu, they opened this restaurant together, which not only serves Hakka cuisine but is also famous for selling chilled braised dishes through online platforms.
