The owner was originally from a Hakka family in Xinwu, engaged in the restaurant industry, and learned many Hakka dishes from a young age. After marrying and moving to Hsinchu, she and her husband opened this restaurant, which is famous not only for Hakka cuisine but also for their popular online-bought cold braised dishes.
