Peng Shi Xiaowanzi Introduction
Peng's Secret Recipe uses pork leg bones to brew a rich broth over a long period. It features high-quality pork made into special meatballs and crystal dumplings. The broth is flavorful and delicious, made without preservatives or borax, ensuring a natural and healthy taste. The chef, formerly a banquet master, has extensive culinary experience and received a business license from the government during the Japanese occupation. In addition to hosting banquets, he developed handmade meatballs and crystal dumplings.
