Peng's Takoyaki Introduction
Peng's Secret Recipe uses pig bones simmered for a long time to create a rich broth. It features premium pork made into special meatballs and crystal dumplings. The broth is flavorful, and the dishes are made without preservatives or borax, making them natural, healthy, and delicious. The chef, who previously worked in banquet catering, has extensive experience in culinary arts. He received a business license from the government during the Japanese occupation and, while managing banquets, developed handmade meatballs and crystal dumplings. This food stall, established in 1931, has a long history and is a must-visit for locals and worshippers visiting Matsu Temple. Source: Lukang Township Office.
