Peng's Little Maruko Introduction
Peng's Secret Recipe uses pig bones simmered for a long time to create a rich and aromatic broth, paired with high-quality pork to make special meatballs and crystal dumplings. The broth is flavorful, and the dishes are free from preservatives and borax, making them natural, healthy, and delicious. Peng, the chef, has extensive experience in culinary arts, having previously worked as a banquet chef. He obtained a business license from the government during the Japanese colonial era and developed the meatballs and crystal dumplings, which are all handmade.
