Peng's Little Ball Zi Introduction
Peng's Secret Recipe features a rich and aromatic broth made from simmered pork bones for an extended period. We use premium pork to create our special meatballs and crystal dumplings. Our broth is flavorful and delicious, made without preservatives or borax, ensuring it is natural, healthy, and tasty. The chef, previously a banquet master, has extensive culinary experience and was awarded a business license by the government during the Japanese occupation era. In addition to banquets, he developed the handmade meatballs and crystal dumplings.
