Peng's Small Balls Introduction
Peng's Secret Recipe uses pork bones simmered for an extended period to create a rich and flavorful broth, featuring high-quality pork made into special meatballs and crystal dumplings. The broth is excellent, and the flavors are delightful, made without preservatives or borax, ensuring a natural, healthy, and delicious experience. The chef, who previously worked as a banquet master, has extensive culinary experience and received a business license from the government during the Japanese occupation. In addition to banquets, he developed the meatballs and crystal dumplings, all made by hand.
