Songbentang Tsai Tou Su Origin Store Introduction
Under the dedicated efforts of the current owner, Shih Cheng-Hung, this restaurant's signature Cai Tou Su insists on handmade dough, using shredded salty radish as the filling, combined with sweet mung bean paste, known for its unique taste created by the balance of semi-salty and sweet flavors. In recent years, five new flavors have been developed: red bean, yam, green tea, taro, and pine nuts.
