Jin Zhu Wei Restaurant Introduction
Jinzhuwei Restaurant was established in 2008, featuring the traditional three-hall courtyard style architecture. It covers a spacious area with convenient parking, serving as a local delicacies restaurant in the Zhushan area for tourists. Inside the restaurant, there is a meticulously crafted “grandma's kitchen,” offering nostalgic dishes that revive old recipes and evoke a sense of homesickness among many guests. The kitchen serves various traditional dishes, such as canned chicken with dried bamboo shoots, braised pork with fresh bamboo shoots, braised bitter melon, braised duck, and chicken with pickled bamboo shoots, all of which have earned rave reviews from diners. Jinzhuwei is dedicated to promoting local agricultural products to travelers from around the world while fully showcasing Taiwan's traditional culinary culture.
