Golden Capital Restaurant Introduction

Puli Golden Capital Restaurant was founded in 1994 in the beautiful central Taiwan town of Puli. Since 1995, it has creatively incorporated Puli's famous liquor into its culinary development, launching the Shaoxing Banquet, which gained recognition at the Taipei Chinese Culinary Show. Since then, the restaurant has continuously combined local agricultural specialties to develop new healthy dishes and themed feasts (such as the Sun Moon Lake Thao Tribe Feast, Fruit Feast, Plum Feast, Water Bamboo Shoot Banquet,珍菇和水筍宴, Health-Conscious Imperial Meal, Floral Feast, Herbal Feast, Fragrant Rice Wedding Banquet, Indigenous Flavor Meal, and the 2003 Fashionable Tomato Banquet, among others). It has also had the honor of hosting state banquets for Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and five heads of state, successfully igniting a culinary wave in Taiwan.
