Jin Du Restaurant Introduction

Puli Jindu Restaurant was established in 1994 in the beautiful central part of Taiwan, Puli. Starting from 1995, the restaurant creatively incorporated local famous liquor from Puli to develop the Shaoxing Feast, gaining fame at the Taipei Chinese Culinary Show. Since then, it has continuously combined local agricultural specialties to develop new healthy cuisine and themed banquets (such as Sun Moon Lake Thao Feast, Fruit Feast, Plum Feast, Water Bamboo Shoot Feast, Delicacies from Rare Mushrooms and Water Bamboo Shoots, Health Preserving Imperial Cuisine, Floral Feast, Herb Feast, Fragrant Rice Celebration, Original Flavor Meal, and the Fashionable Tomato Feast in 2003, among others). Furthermore, it had the honor of hosting a state banquet for Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and five heads of state, successfully creating a culinary wave for Jindu in Taiwan! It brilliantly showcases the new charm of Taiwanese cuisine, becoming the best dining choice along the central Taiwan travel route, and has been selected as a quality restaurant by the Ministry of Economic Affairs for four consecutive years.
