Jin Du Restaurant Introduction
Pu Li Jin Du Restaurant was established in 1994 in beautiful Puli, located in the heart of Taiwan. Starting in 1995, it creatively sourced from Puli's renowned local wines to develop the Shaoxing banquet, gaining fame at the Taipei Chinese Cuisine Exhibition. Since then, it has continually combined local agricultural specialties to innovate new healthy dishes and themed banquets (such as Sun Moon Lake Thao Dining, Fruit Banquet, Plum Banquet, Bamboo Shoot Feast, Rare Mushroom and Water Bamboo Banquet, Health Royal Banquet, Hundred Flowers Banquet, Herb Banquet, Fragrant Rice Celebration, Indigenous Flavor Meal, Fashionable Tomato Banquet in 2003, etc.). It has proudly hosted the national banquet for the Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and five other heads of state, successfully launching the Jin Du culinary scene in Taiwan! It vividly showcases the new culinary style of Taiwanese cuisine, becoming the top choice for dining along the central Taiwan travel route and has been awarded the distinction of a quality restaurant by the Ministry of Economic Affairs for four consecutive years.
