Golden Capital Restaurant Introduction
Puli Jindu Restaurant was founded in 1994 in the beautiful central Taiwan city of Puli. Starting in 1995, it creatively sourced local Puli wine to develop the Shaoxing Feast, gaining recognition at the Taipei Chinese Food Festival. Since then, it has continuously integrated local agricultural specialties, consistently developing new healthy dishes and themed feasts (such as Sun Moon Lake Shalu Tribe Feast, Fruit Feast, Plum Feast, Bamboo Shoot Banquet, Rare Mushroom and Water Bamboo Feast, Health Beneficial Imperial Cuisine, Hundred Flowers Feast, Herb Feast, Fragrant Rice Celebration, Indigenous Flavor Cuisine, and the 2003 Fashion Tomato Feast, among others). It has had the honor of hosting state banquets for Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and five other national leaders, successfully igniting a Jindu culinary wave in Taiwan! It vividly showcases a new style of Taiwanese cuisine, becoming the best food restaurant in the central Taiwan travel route and has consecutively won the honor of being selected as a quality restaurant by the Ministry of Economic Affairs for four years.
