Jia Huei Hsiang Foods was founded by Mr. Huang Chih-Ming in 1987, primarily focusing on "mochi" as its main product. It developed the "Royal" brand to market over 100 types of Taiwan's famous specialty products. With a new factory spanning 5,000 square meters in the Nangang Industrial Zone, it is the earliest modern food manufacturing facility in Taiwan's mochi industry to obtain dual certifications of ISO 22000 and HACCP. The innovative local products can be categorized into mochi, chocolate mochi Q cakes, egg rolls, mochi biscuits, Taiwan specialty beans, cotton candy, jelly, nougat, and more. In addition to high-quality taste, the exquisite gift box designs enhance the product value. Established in 2011, the Jia Huei Hsiang Taiwan Mochi Theme Pavilion quickly became the most popular tourist factory in Taiwan in 2012. It not only provides a recreational space but also develops various products ranging from shelf-stable to refrigerated, including an upgraded version of Taiwan specialty beans (with Belgian chocolate added), brown sugar jelly balls made with Japanese kudzu starch and agar, handmade nougat, fresh egg rolls in over ten flavors, Nantou local half-mountain pineapple cakes, ice cream mochi, and pure mung bean cakes, among others...
