Jia Hui Xiang Food Co., Ltd. - Taiwan Mochi Theme Museum Introduction
Jiahui Xiang Food Co., founded by Chairman Huang Zhiming in 1987, primarily focuses on "Mochi" and has developed the "Royal Family" brand for market expansion, offering a series of over 100 products that represent Taiwan's unique specialties. With a new factory covering 5,000 ping in the Nangang Industrial Zone, it is the first modern food professional factory in Taiwan's mochi industry to achieve both ISO 22000 and HACCP dual certification. Among the innovative local specialty products are various categories such as Mochi, Chocolate Mochi Q Cakes, Egg Rolls, Mochi Cakes, Taiwanese Premium Beans, Cotton Candy, Jellies, and Nougat. In addition to high-quality textures, the exquisite gift box designs further enhance the product's quality. Established in 2011, the Jiahui Xiang Taiwan Mochi Theme Pavilion, which quickly rose to prominence, won the title of the most popular tourist factory in Taiwan in 2012. It not only provides a recreational space but also develops an array of limited-edition products from room temperature to refrigerated, including an upgraded version of Taiwanese Premium Beans (with Belgian chocolate), brown sugar jelly balls made from Japanese arrowroot and agar, handmade nougats, over ten flavors of fresh egg rolls, Nantou's half-mountain pineapple cakes, ice cream daifuku, and pure mung bean cakes, among others.
