Jia Hui Xiang Food Co., Ltd. - Taiwan Mochi Theme Museum Introduction
Jia Hui Xiang Foods was founded by Mr. Huang Zhi-Ming, the founder and chairman, in 1987. The company mainly focuses on "mochi" and has developed the "Royal Family" brand for market expansion, extending to over 100 products of Taiwan's specialty items. It owns a new factory in Nangkang Industrial Zone covering 5,000 ping, and is the first modern food factory in Taiwan's mochi industry to pass both ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications. Among its original local-style products, there are categories such as mochi, chocolate mochi Q cakes, egg rolls, mochi cakes, Taiwan's premium soybeans, cotton candy, jelly, and nougat. Jia Hui Xiang products not only have excellent taste but also feature exquisite gift box designs that enhance the product quality. Established in 2011, the Jia Hui Xiang Taiwanese Mochi Theme Pavilion won the popularity championship for tourist factories in Taiwan in 2012. It not only provides a recreational space but also develops a variety of products for sale, from room temperature to refrigerated limited editions, including an upgraded version of Taiwan’s premium soybeans (with Belgian chocolate), brown sugar agar balls made with Japanese kudzu starch and agar, handmade nougat, over ten flavors of fresh egg rolls, Nantou's local half-mountain pineapple cakes, ice cream daifuku, and pure mung bean cakes, among others.
