Jiahui Xiang Food was established by founder and chairman Mr. Huang Zhiming in 1987. The company focuses on "mochi" as its main product, developing and operating the market under the brand "Royal Clan," and has extended its product line to over 100 items of famous Taiwanese specialties. With a new factory covering 5,000 ping in the Nangang Industrial Zone, it is the first modern food professional factory in Taiwan's mochi industry to simultaneously pass ISO 22000 and HACCP dual certifications. It has created a unique product line that includes categories such as mochi, chocolate mochi Q cakes, egg rolls, mochi cakes, Taiwan specialty mung beans, cotton candy, jelly, nougat, and more. In addition to its high-quality taste, the exquisite gift box design further enhances the product's quality. Established in 2011, the Jiahui Xiang Taiwan Mochi Theme Pavilion quickly won the popularity championship of tourist factories in Taiwan in 2012. This venue not only provides a recreational space but also develops more products ranging from room temperature to refrigerated limited sales, including an upgraded version of Taiwan specialty mung beans (with Belgian chocolate), black sugar jelly balls made with Japanese arrowroot powder and agar, handmade nougat, fresh egg rolls in various flavors, Nantou's local half-mountain pineapple cakes, ice cream daifuku, pure mung bean cakes, and more.
