Jia Huai Xiang Food Co., Ltd. - Taiwan Mochi Theme Museum Introduction
Jia Huai Xiang Food was founded by Chairman Huang Zhi Ming in 1987, primarily focusing on "mochi" as its main product. It developed the "Royal" brand to enter the market and has expanded its product line to over 100 items of famous Taiwanese specialties. The company boasts a new factory covering 5,000 ping in the Nangkang Industrial Zone, and it is the first modern food specialized manufacturer in Taiwan's mochi industry to obtain both ISO 22000 and HACCP dual certification. Among its innovative local-themed products are categories such as mochi, chocolate mochi QQ cake, egg rolls, mochi cakes, Taiwanese superior beans, marshmallows, jelly, and nougat. Jia Huai Xiang's products not only have excellent flavors but also feature exquisite gift box designs that enhance the quality of the items. Established in 2011, the Jia Huai Xiang Taiwan Mochi Theme Pavilion swiftly gained popularity, becoming the champion of tourist factory popularity in Taiwan in 2012. It not only provides a recreational space but also develops a variety of products sold from room temperature to refrigerated items, including an upgraded version of Taiwanese superior beans (with Belgian chocolate), black sugar agar balls made with Japanese kuzu powder and agar, handmade nougat, fresh egg rolls in over ten flavors, Nantou's local half-mountain pineapple cakes, ice cream daifuku, pure mung bean cakes, and more.
