Our insistence: 100% gluten-free, no added plant proteins, no artificial flavors, no colorings, no additives. Our philosophy: health, non-toxic, delicious. Our goal: to take the stage in the world together with local small farmers. The three characters "米田貢" (Mi Tian Gong) represent: "米" (rice), which symbolizes Taiwan's staple food; "田" (field), the source of all crops; and "貢" (tribute), representing the Taiwanese people's hospitality and the sharing of good things with good friends, embodying good human relations. The brand philosophy focuses on rice as the main ingredient, paired with carefully selected products from small local farmers, to develop various baked snacks made from rice, and to recommend this pride of Taiwan, this goodness exclusive to Taiwan, to every local and visiting guest.
