Yang Rou Rong Snacks Introduction
Established for nearly 10 years, this restaurant operates under the same methods as the well-known lamb restaurant in northern Taiwan, Yangrou Rong, with an authorized franchise. We select small goats weighing 15-16 kg, ensuring the lamb is tender and free of any gamey flavor. Our popular dishes include stir-fried lamb and lamb soup. The stir-fried lamb is quickly cooked with satay sauce, garlic, and lettuce (Taiwanese lettuce), creating a fragrant aroma that pairs perfectly with the delicate texture of the meat, making it irresistible. The lamb soup is stewed with white radish, onion, and dried bonito flakes, combined with fragrant lamb slices, allowing the sweetness of the vegetables and the savory flavor of the bonito to shine through, complemented by the tender and smooth lamb.
