Lamb Rong Snack Introduction
This restaurant has been established for nearly 10 years and follows the same methods as a well-known lamb shop in northern Taiwan, Yang Rou Rong, under a franchise agreement. We select young goats weighing 15 to 16 kilograms, ensuring the lamb is tender and free of any gamey smell. Our popular dishes focus on stir-fried lamb and lamb soup. The stir-fried lamb is quickly cooked with satay sauce, garlic, and lettuce (Chinese cabbage), resulting in a fragrant dish that allows you to enjoy the delicate texture of the meat along with the refreshing crispness of the lettuce, making it hard to resist having another bite. The lamb soup is made by simmering lamb slices with white radish, onion, and dried fish flakes, along with the aromatic lamb, allowing you to taste the sweetness of the vegetables and the umami of the dried fish, combined with the tender and smooth lamb—truly a delightful experience! Visitors to Sihu should come and try these delicious dishes!
