Yang Rou Rong Snack Introduction
This restaurant has been established for nearly 10 years. The owner follows the same practices as a well-known lamb restaurant in northern Taiwan, Yang Rou Rong, under a franchising agreement. They select small goats weighing between 15 to 16 kilograms, resulting in tender lamb meat without a gamey taste. The popular dishes mainly feature stir-fried lamb and lamb soup. The stir-fried lamb is cooked quickly with satay sauce, garlic, and lettuce, filling the air with delightful aromas. Not only can you enjoy the tender texture of the meat, but the refreshing lettuce also enhances the experience, making you want to take bite after bite. The lamb soup is made by simmering white radish, onion, and dried fish slices, combined with aromatic lamb slices, which celebrate the sweetness of the vegetables and the umami of the dried fish, complemented by the tender and smooth lamb. It's truly a delight! Tourists visiting Sihu should definitely stop by to taste this delicious food!
