The Kai-Tai Wen Wang Ye Shui Lin Tong Tian Temple is dedicated to the worship of Lord Wen, who has been revered for over three hundred years. It serves as the spiritual center for the villagers of Shui Bei and Shui Nan. According to local lore, the ancestors of this area came to Taiwan for cultivation during the late Ming Dynasty alongside Yan Siqi. During the Wang Festival every five years, local residents invite the Five-Year Thousand Year King from Ma Ming Mountain and Mazu from Beigang to participate in the pilgrimage.

Shuilin Tongtian Temple Introduction

The Kai Tai Wen Wang Ye Shui Lin Tong Tian Temple is dedicated to the worship of Wen Fu Qian Sui and serves as the center of belief for the villages of Shui Bei and Shui Nan. The local ancestors are said to have come to Taiwan for cultivation during the late Ming Dynasty alongside Yan Siqi, and Wen Wang Ye has a history of over three hundred years. Every five years, during the king's festival, the local community invites the Five-Year Qian Sui from Ma Ming Mountain and Beigang Mazu to participate in the procession.
