The Sihhu Santian Temple, also known as the Divine Physician Kuan Ti Temple, is dedicated to Guan Sheng Di Jun. Since the Qing Dynasty and during the Japanese colonial period, it has helped to eradicate opium, quell plagues, and heal countless ailments, with its miraculous deeds widely celebrated. It serves as a pilgrimage center for the worship of Guan Gong in Taiwan. Inside the temple, there is a Japanese-style palanquin used for worship at the Beigang Shrine.

The Shensi Emperor Temple, also known as Sihuguan Ti Temple, is dedicated to Guan Sheng Di Jun. Since the Qing Dynasty and through the Japanese occupation to the present day, it has helped to eradicate opium and quell epidemics, healing countless people and becoming a pilgrimage center for the worship of Guan Gong in Taiwan.
