Named after his father, Ching Hsiang Food Company has reached its current state under the one-man operation of Hsiu Shih Lung. Known as "Er Ge," Hsiu Shih Lung tells us that after over thirty years of making marinated kingfish, there isn’t really a special secret to making it delicious; the most important factor is the quality of the meat.
