Renzihao Sakura Shrimp Introduction

In 1979, Renzihao originally started as a small vendor near Donggang's pier to Xiaoliuqiu. In the early days, it operated with a handcart, selling Donggang's seafood products near the pier every day. The previous generation relied on fishing for a living, thus having a profound understanding of seafood processing. The family’s traditional methods of seafood processing and products became the hallmark of Renzihao. Among the founder's initial products, the sakura shrimp is found only in Shizuoka, Japan, and Donggang, Taiwan. Due to the local nickname "Huaka" in early Donggang, these shrimp grow in deep waters between 150 to 300 meters, offering an uncontaminated sweet flesh that is rich in nutrients, containing protein, calcium, phosphorus, chitin, chitosan, and astaxanthin, making it highly regarded by the Japanese.
