Assam black tea is a fully fermented tea, where the fermentation process determines the tea's color, aroma, and flavor quality. With approximately 90% fermentation, it retains a higher level of catechins and amino acids. The leaves have a semi-spherical shape, characterized by its gentle warmth. It has a sweet taste when brewed cold and a rich fruity aroma when brewed hot, making it suitable for both cold and hot brewing. Additionally, their grandfather's tea has passed the Cihsin organic certification and SGS inspection report.
