The simple and good tea carefully cultivated by Xin Feng Tea Garden features Assam black tea, which is a fully fermented tea. The fermentation process determines the color, aroma, and taste quality of the tea leaves. With approximately 90% fermentation, it retains a higher amount of catechins and amino acids. The tea leaves are shaped like mini spheres, and it has a warm characteristic. Cold brewing results in a sweet flavor, while hot brewing offers a rich fruit aroma, making it suitable for both hot and cold preparation. Additionally, their Grandpa tea has passed organic certification from Tzuchi and has SGS inspection reports.
