Xinfeng Tea Garden Introduction
The simple and good tea carefully cultivated by Xin Feng Tea Garden features Assam black tea, which is a fully fermented tea. The fermentation process determines the color, aroma, and taste quality of the tea leaves. With approximately 90% fermentation, this tea retains a higher amount of catechins and amino acids. Its shape is semi-spherical, characterized by a mild warmth; it has a sweet taste when cold brewed and a rich fruit aroma when hot brewed, making it suitable for both cold and hot brewing. Moreover, the "A Gong" tea has passed the organic certification by Tzuchi Foundation and has also obtained SGS inspection reports.
