New Peak Tea Garden Introduction
The pure and simple tea carefully cultivated by Xinfeng Tea Garden features Assam black tea, which is a heavily fermented tea. During the fermentation process, the color, aroma, and flavor quality of the tea leaves are determined. With approximately 90% fermentation, it retains more catechins and amino acids. The shape of the leaves is semi-spherical, and its characteristics are gentle and mild. It has a sweet taste when brewed cold and a rich fruity aroma when brewed hot, making it suitable for both cold and hot brewing. Additionally, their grandfather's tea has passed the Compassion Organic Certification and the SGS inspection report.
