Xinfeng Tea Garden Introduction
The simple and high-quality tea carefully cultivated by Xin Feng Tea Garden features Assam black tea, a heavily fermented tea. During the fermentation process, the color, aroma, and flavor quality of the tea leaves are determined. With about 90% fermentation, it retains more catechins and amino acids. The leaves are shaped like half-spheres, exhibiting a mild and warm character, with a sweet taste when cold brewed and a rich fruity aroma when hot brewed, making it suitable for both cold and hot brewing. The Grandpa Tea has also passed the Compassion Organic Certification and SGS testing report.
