New Peak Tea Garden Introduction
The simple and good tea carefully cultivated by Xinfeng Tea Garden, Assam black tea is a heavily fermented tea. The fermentation process determines the color, aroma, and taste quality of the tea leaves. With about 90% fermentation, it retains more catechins and amino acids, with a shape that is semi-spherical. The tea has a gentle character, sweet when brewed cold, and rich in fruity aroma when brewed hot. It is suitable for both cold and hot brewing. Their "A Gong Tea" has passed the Compassion Organic Certification and SGS inspection report.
