New Peak Tea Garden Introduction
The simple and pure tea cultivated with care by Xin Feng Tea Garden, Assam black tea is a heavily fermented tea product. During the fermentation process, the color, aroma, and flavor quality of the tea leaves are determined. With approximately 90% fermentation, it retains a higher amount of catechins and amino acids. The tea has a semi-spherical shape with a mild characteristic, offering a sweet taste when cold-brewed and a rich fruit aroma when hot-brewed, suitable for both cold and hot brewing. Its Grandpa Tea has also passed the Charity Organic Certification and SGS inspection report.
