Luye Longtian Bicycle Path Introduction
The Longtian Bicycle Path is approximately 7.2 kilometers long, with many scenic spots to enjoy nearby, such as the famous Green Tunnel of the small leaf ebony, which stretches for one kilometer. The cool and refreshing green tunnel, combined with the sounds of chirping insects and birds, creates a delightful atmosphere. If you follow a local bicycle shop's guide here, they will let you lie down on the path to experience the most comfortable environment in Dulan, which is quite different from other bicycle path experiences! Since Longtian Village was an immigrant village in the past, you can see some traditional Japanese-style buildings, adding authentic Japanese flavor to this popular photo spot. Additionally, there is the residence of Master Cheng Yen, the Kunzi Temple. When passing by the tea improvement station, you can also witness the rare sight of tea picking, adding to the unique local attractions. Longtian is also known as the "Hometown of Butterflies," and if you look up at the signposts, you'll see butterfly designs; if you visit at the right season, you might even see butterflies fluttering about. Wherever you go on this route, the scenery is as beautiful as a painting, making it hard to leave. If you want to ride further, you can challenge yourself on the Dulan Plateau or head to the area around the Luming Suspension Bridge, which is a great spot for hot springs. Coming to Longtian really allows you to stay longer because the surrounding scenery will truly captivate you.
