Qingxin Dining Store Introduction

Qingxin Restaurant is a decades-old "shell" eatery located in a pristine fishing village, where natural and cultural flavors coexist, stirring the deep souls of busy diners and leading them on an endless journey of joy. Thanks to the fresh air and clean sea around Penghu, fresh seafood is continuously available, allowing the owner and chef, Mr. Lyu Jiuping (originally named "Jiuping," later renamed by the kindred spirit, the late President Chiang Ching-kuo), to showcase his skilled and hygienic Japanese culinary techniques. Coupled with the bond and service spirit shared with his children, he crafts delightful dishes such as the limited one tail per person deep-fried prawns that cannot be taken away, the highly praised steamed grouper, the irresistibly delicious lobster prepared three ways, the summer-special small squid dishes, and must-try items for foodies like sashimi, fresh oysters, and sea urchin. These are complemented by local Penghu specialties like stir-fried pumpkin with rice noodles and sautéed loofah. For those who love quick-fried and grilled dishes, they shouldn't miss the grilled mantis shrimp, grilled big clams, grilled chicken, stir-fried clams, and refreshing dishes like raw vinegar-washed conch and crab porridge. Perhaps you came to Penghu for the blue skies and seas, fresh air, or another kind of ethereal beauty; or perhaps you were drawn here by the spectacular cross-sea bridge, the ancient banyan tree, or the historical forts of Xiyu.
