The Tiger Eye Trap is constructed from basalt, forming a circular arc that sparkles like the eye of the ocean. The beautiful arc quietly lies on the seabed, only revealing itself during low tide. The Tiger Eye Trap is located at the end of the coastal intertidal zone. Between two stone embankments, there is a heart-shaped trap house where fish swim in during high tide, becoming trapped inside when the tide goes out. Fishermen can then come to catch their harvest during low tide, reflecting the life wisdom of the early people of Penghu. Note: This site is on private land and property.
