Sanxia Noodle Restaurant Introduction
Established in 1995 in the market of Sanxia District, New Taipei City, our restaurant has always received high praise since its opening. Due to family reasons, when our children enrolled in the high school in Xiangshan, Hsinchu, we decided to move south as a family and brought our culinary skills from Sanxia to Hsinchu City, allowing all friends visiting Hsinchu City to enjoy our signature dishes made from local ingredients. Our honest and carefully crafted dishes are frequently featured in major magazines, and with word-of-mouth from locals, the restaurant's popularity has soared, making it a must-try affordable dining option for visitors in Hsinchu City. We have been recommended by travel magazines as a must-eat spot at the Zushi Temple in Sanxia Township and have won the honor of being a "must-try food" in Hsinchu City for two consecutive years from 2012 to 2014.
