Sanxia Noodle House Introduction
This restaurant was established in 1995 in the Cai Market of Sanxia District, New Taipei City. From the time of its opening in Sanxia, the dishes have received high praise. Due to family circumstances, as the children began attending Xiangshan High School in Hsinchu, the decision was made to move the entire family south, bringing all their excellent culinary skills from Sanxia to Hsinchu City. This allows all visitors to Hsinchu City to enjoy dishes that incorporate local ingredients and specialties. The dishes are prepared with care and high-quality ingredients, which have frequently been featured in major magazine reports. Additionally, local word-of-mouth has greatly increased the popularity of the restaurant, making it a must-try affordable dining option for anyone visiting Hsinchu City. It has been recommended by travel magazines as a must-eat food at the entrance of the Zushi Temple in Sanxia, and from 2012 to 2014, it was honored as one of the must-eat restaurants in Hsinchu City for two consecutive years.
