Sanchia Noodle Restaurant Introduction
Established in 1995, our restaurant began in a market located in the Sanxia District of New Taipei City. From the start, our dishes have received rave reviews. Due to family reasons, as our child started attending Xiangshan High School in Hsinchu, we decided to move south as a family, bringing our culinary skills from Sanxia in New Taipei City to Hsinchu City. This allows all friends visiting Hsinchu City to truly savor our signature dishes that incorporate local ingredients and characteristics. With genuine and heartfelt cooking, we have frequently been featured in major publications, and thanks to word-of-mouth from locals, the restaurant's popularity has soared. It is a can't-miss affordable dining option for those visiting Hsinchu City. Our restaurant was recommended by a travel magazine as a must-try eatery near the Zushih Temple in Sanxia, and from 2012 to 2014, we proudly received the honor of being a must-eat establishment in Hsinchu City for two consecutive years.
