Sanxia Noodle House Introduction
Established in 1995 in the market of Sanxia District, New Taipei City, our restaurant has always received great acclaim since its opening. Due to family reasons, as our children attended Hsinchu Xiangshan High School, we decided to move south and bring our culinary skills from Sanxia, New Taipei City, to Hsinchu City. We aim to allow all friends visiting Hsinchu City to savor dishes that blend local ingredients and unique specialties. With genuine and thoughtfully prepared meals, we have frequently been featured in major magazines, and thanks to local word-of-mouth, our restaurant's popularity has skyrocketed. It is a must-try affordable delicacy for anyone visiting Hsinchu City. We have been recommended by travel magazines as a must-eat at the entrance of the Zushi Temple in Sanxia Township and have been honored with the title of "must-eat food" in Hsinchu City for two consecutive years from 2012 to 2014.
