Sanchia Noodle House Introduction

Established in 1995 in a market in Sanxia District, New Taipei City, our restaurant quickly gained immense popularity for its dishes. Due to family reasons, as my child attended Hsinchu Xiangshan High School, we decided to relocate to Hsinchu City. We brought along our culinary expertise from Sanxia, allowing all friends visiting Hsinchu City to truly enjoy our specialty dishes made with local ingredients. Our heartfelt cooking, made with genuine ingredients, has often been featured in major magazines, and with positive word-of-mouth from the locals, the popularity of our restaurant skyrocketed, making it a must-try affordable cuisine for anyone visiting Hsinchu City. We were once recommended by travel magazines as a must-eat spot at the Zushi Temple in Sanxia, and from 2012 to 2014, we proudly received the title of indispensable food in Hsinchu City for two consecutive years.
