Sanxia Noodle Restaurant Introduction
This restaurant was established in 1995 in the market of Sanxia District, New Taipei City. The dishes received great acclaim upon opening in Sanxia. Due to family reasons, when the children began attending Hsinchu Xiangshan High School, the family decided to move south, bringing all their excellent cooking skills from Sanxia to Hsinchu City, allowing all the friends who visit Hsinchu City to enjoy delicious meals made with local ingredients and specialties. With sincere and heartfelt cooking, the restaurant often receives coverage from major magazines, and through word of mouth from locals, its popularity has soared, making it an unmissable affordable dining option for visitors to Hsinchu City. It was recommended by travel magazines as a must-try food at the entrance of the Zushi Temple in Sanxia Township, and from 2012 to 2014, it was awarded the honor of being a must-try food in Hsinchu City for two consecutive years.
