Air Force Village 11 Introduction
The original site of Air Force Village 11 was known as the Lakeside Restaurant during the Japanese colonial era, serving as an upscale social establishment where high-ranking officials and wealthy merchants were entertained. Only influential Japanese individuals or Taiwanese tycoons could afford to dine there. It later transformed into a settlement for the Air Force families, at which point it was renamed Air Force Village 11. Subsequently, the village was redeveloped, and the area is now a great place for recreation and tourism, featuring exquisite Japanese gardens. Nearby attractions include the Hsinchu City Glass Museum, the Hsinchu City Zoo, and Li-Chi Park.
