Chiu Ji Mochi Introduction
Qiu's Mochi Cake Shop has been established for 30 years, adhering to traditional handmade methods while continuously developing a diverse range of unique flavors to satisfy the craving for new tastes. Combining Hakka mochi with the local Bapu jiujiangfeng persimmon, the mochi snow persimmon is truly a representative gift of Hakka culture. The aromatic flavor of the persimmon paired with the chewy mochi and red beans is sweet yet not overly so, making it a great companion for tea. When chilled, it offers a different flavor, with the chewy texture reminiscent of eating ice. Both refrigerated and frozen versions provide a different palate feast.
