A-Po Sushi was originally run by the elderly lady Li Chen-Ying, who sold sushi along Zhongzheng Road in Yingge. Due to its unique and delicious flavors, it quickly became popular, leading to the nickname "the granny selling sushi by the roadside." Eventually, they opened a store and registered the name as "A-Po Sushi." The dining environment of a traditional house adds to the enjoyment of eating sushi. The restaurant offers over a dozen varieties of sushi for customers to choose from, all at very affordable prices, making it satisfying and generous. The second-generation owner Chen Ai-Na stated that A-Po Sushi's principle is to allow customers to enjoy inexpensive yet delicious sushi, a commitment that A-Po held when she first started making sushi.
