A-Po Sushi was originally run by Mrs. Li Chen-Ying, who sold sushi along Zhongzheng Road in Yingge. Due to its unique and delicious flavors, it quickly gained popularity, leading to the establishment of the shop under the name "A-Po Sushi." The dining environment in the two-story building makes enjoying sushi feel very pleasant, and the restaurant offers more than a dozen varieties of sushi for customers to choose from, all at very reasonable prices, making it quite satisfying. The second-generation owner, Chen Ai-Na, states that A-Po Sushi's principle is to provide customers with cheap and tasty sushi, which was also the commitment of the grandmother when she made sushi years ago.
