In addition to tofu ice cream, Yan’s fragrant fresh milk tofu pudding is also very popular. Tofu pudding is the form of tofu after adding brine, resembling tofu custard; its soft and tender texture is quite delicious and it is one of the newly launched popular items. To provide authentic and non-toxic natural food, the ingredients for the handmade desserts and meals have been upgraded to P.D.O. cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. The brand name has officially changed from "Yan Yi De Xing" to "Sister Ouli," and the store has also been renamed "Ouli Cultural Coffee."
