The signature flavor in the store is the famous Shenkeng Tofu Ice Cream, produced by the well-known Doufu Factory established by the son of Teacher Yen. Every day, crowds continuously come in and out to buy ice cream, and the delighted expressions on the children's faces show just how appealing this treat is. Besides the Tofu Ice Cream, the Yen’s Fresh Milk Tofu Pudding is also very popular. Tofu pudding, which is the result of adding brine to tofu, has a soft and tender texture that's incredibly delicious, making it a newly launched hot item. To provide authentic, non-toxic natural food, the ingredients for homemade desserts and meals in the store have been upgraded to P.D.O cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. The brand name has officially changed from "Yen Yi De Xing" to "Aunt Ouli," and the store has also been renamed Ouli Cultural Café.
