The owner of Yu Fu Pastry, Huang Hsiang-bin, along with his two brothers, shares a strong passion for the baking industry. They learn and exchange skills with each other, eventually falling in love with pastries, which led them to open a small shop together, where they developed many delicious products. After gaining experience and scaling up, they each expanded to new locations, aiming to provide tasty and healthy products to consumers. Their creations, the black sesame salted egg yolk pastry and the bamboo shoot braised pork salted egg yolk pastry, have won awards, including recognition at the "2011 New Taipei City Salted Egg Yolk Pastry Festival" and the Silver Award for Creativity at the "2013 New Taipei City Salted Egg Yolk Pastry Festival."
