Yufu Bakery Introduction
The owner of Yu Fu Pastry, Huang Hsiang-bin, along with his two brothers, shared a strong passion for the baking industry and learned from one another. Eventually, they fell in love with pastries and opened a small store together, where they developed many delicious products. After gaining more experience and expanding their scale, they each ventured into new locations, hoping to provide tasty and healthy products to consumers. Their creations, the black sesame salted egg yolk pastry and the green bamboo shoot braised pork salted egg yolk pastry, were awarded the winning store at the "2011 New Taipei City Salted Egg Yolk Pastry Festival" and the Silver Award for Creativity at the "2013 New Taipei City Salted Egg Yolk Pastry Festival," respectively.
