Yufu Pastry, owned by Huang Xiang-bin, was founded by three brothers who share a strong passion for the baking industry. They learned from each other, ultimately falling in love with pastries, and decided to open a small shop together, where they developed many delicious products. After gaining experience and expanding their operations, they each opened new locations with the hope of providing tasty and healthy products to consumers. Their creations, including black sesame and salted egg yolk pastries and braised pork with bamboo shoots salted egg yolk pastries, have won awards at the "2011 New Taipei City Salted Egg Yolk Pastry Festival" and the "2013 New Taipei City Salted Egg Yolk Pastry Festival," respectively.
