Yu Fu Bakery Introduction
The owner of Yu Fu Pastry, Huang Hsiang-bin, along with his two brothers, has a strong passion for the baking industry. They learned from each other and eventually fell in love with pastries, leading them to open a small shop together and develop many delicious products. After gaining more experience and expanding their scale, they each opened new stores, hoping to provide tasty and healthy products to consumers. Their creations, including black sesame salted egg yolk pastries and bamboo shoot braised pork salted egg yolk pastries, won awards at the "2011 New Taipei City Salted Egg Yolk Pastry Festival" and the "2013 New Taipei City Salted Egg Yolk Pastry Festival," respectively, where they were recognized as award-winning shops and received the Silver Award for Creative Pastry.
