Yu Fu Bakery Introduction
The owner of Yufu Pastry, Huang Hsiang-Pin, along with his two brothers, shared a strong passion for the baking industry and learned from each other. Eventually, they fell in love with pastry making and opened a small shop together, developing many delicious products. As their experience and scale grew, they each expanded to new locations, aiming to provide tasty and healthy products for consumers. Their creations, the black sesame egg yolk pastry and the bamboo shoot braised pork egg yolk pastry, won awards at the New Taipei City Egg Yolk Pastry Festival, with one receiving the award for Best Pastry in 2011 and the other the Silver Award for Creativity in 2013.
