Yufu Bakery Introduction
The owner of Yu Fu Pastry, Huang Xiang-bin, along with his two brothers, shares a strong passion for the baking industry. They learned from each other and eventually fell in love with pastries, leading them to open a small shop together, where they developed many delicious products. After gaining more experience and expanding their scale, they each opened new locations, aiming to provide tasty and healthy products to consumers. The creations of black sesame egg yolk pastry and bamboo shoot braised pork egg yolk pastry have won awards at the "2011 New Taipei City Egg Yolk Pastry Festival" and the "2013 New Taipei City Egg Yolk Pastry Festival," respectively, with the latter receiving the Silver Award for creativity.
