Fuyuanhao Zhen Gongfu Health Steamed Bun Introduction
The original store is located on Xinglong Road in Wenshan District, Taipei City. With over 40 years of tradition, our Shandong masters use natural yeast (sourdough) and insist on handcrafting to develop the gluten in the dough. We make fresh and steamed products on the same day, ensuring there are absolutely no chemical fragrances, artificial colors, or preservatives added. This is our commitment to product quality and customer reputation! Our ingredients are sourced locally from Taiwan, such as: smoked longan from Dongshan, Tainan; taro from Dajia; pumpkin from Longjing; red beans from Wandan; mangoes from Pingtung; and sweet potatoes from Yunlin, among others. We also offer fresh non-GMO, unsweetened soy milk, allowing customers to pair it with our buns to redefine the traditional bun experience. Besides our signature longan bun and mixed grain bun, Fuyuanhao Wellness Buns have over 20 creative bun flavors that are well-loved by all age groups!
