Beidou Meatballs Introduction

The Yang brothers, who moved from their hometown to New Taipei City over 20 years ago, are low-key and reserved, rarely accepting media interviews, yet their meatball shop always has a long line of customers. Boss Yang prepares Lin Shuhao's favorite meatballs with a traditional approach, treating them with the same care as one would for young children, patiently flipping them over without anger or haste, frying them until golden and crispy. The large meatballs in the oil pot seem to shout, "Come eat me! Come eat me!" Two gentle and humble aunties present the meatballs to you, showcasing an attitude that I believe is essential for food service.
