"Hui" provides Japanese dishes that are not restricted to any particular style of dining; although it primarily uses Japanese techniques and sauces, the restaurant often develops creative dishes and adjusts the menu according to seasonal ingredients, allowing customers to enjoy both traditional and innovative Japanese cuisine that is both novel and delicious.
