Shangding Tea Origin Shangding Tea produces and manufactures its own tea, wholesale to tea shops. Since 1991, it has won numerous awards in high mountain tea competitions and the National High Mountain Tea Contest, including first, second, and third place. We believe that competition tea is a testament to our expertise, and making good tea is our duty, which drives us to further research and refine the high-altitude Taiwan tea from the Hehuanshan mountain range. We must continuously improve and grow. In 1993, we established our own brand rooted in Banqiao, requiring that the essence of our tea must be safe and of high quality to qualify as Shangding tea. As a result, we have many loyal customers both domestically and internationally who love Shangding tea, and we have walked through more than twenty years. We are happy to be called silly people. Since 2009, we have been sending our tea for batch testing for pesticide residue to the international certification body SGS, adhering to the strictest standards to ensure the best food safety for our tea! Initially, everyone thought this was impossible, and this decision often led us to face the bottleneck of not having tea to sell, with even tea lovers unable to purchase our tea and voicing their frustrations… but Shangding remains committed to its original intention.
