A-Cheng Goose Meat Introduction
Located on Qing Shui Road, the traditional goose meat restaurant "A Cheng Goose Meat" has established a good reputation in Tucheng for over 20 years since its founding in 1990. The founder, Mr. Tsai Fang-Cheng, along with his wife, opened the first store through a fortunate chance. The couple started their business from scratch, adhering to the belief that "we must succeed," which laid the foundation for a successful 20 years. The second-generation operator, Mr. Tsai Tsung-Yo, inherited his father's passion and mission for A Cheng. As a member of the 1960s generation with expertise in design, he has carefully designed the restaurant's space and menu. Unlike large restaurants, A Cheng aims to become a "family restaurant" in the hearts of Tucheng residents, and also invites tourists passing through Tucheng to "play in Tucheng, eat at A Cheng."
