A-Cheng Goose Meat Introduction
Located on Qing Shui Road, the traditional goose meat restaurant "A Cheng Goose" has been established since 1990, earning a great reputation in the Tucheng area for over 20 years. The founder, Mr. Tsai Fang-cheng, and his wife started their first store by chance. With a belief that "we must succeed," the couple built their business from scratch, laying a successful foundation for the next 20 years. The second-generation operator, Mr. Tsai Tsung-yu, has inherited his father's passion and mission for A Cheng. As a member of the 1980s generation with expertise and talent in design, he has thoughtfully redesigned the restaurant's space and menu. Unlike large restaurants, A Cheng hopes to become the "family restaurant" in the hearts of Tucheng residents, and offers visitors passing through Tucheng the chance to "play in Tucheng and eat at A Cheng." Recommended dishes: goose meat, spicy goose blood, and butterfly crispy dumplings.
