A-Cheng Goose Meat Introduction
Located on Qing Shui Road, the traditional goose meat restaurant "A-Cheng Goose Meat" has been established since 1990 and has built a strong reputation in the Tucheng area for over 20 years. The founder, Mr. Tsai Fang-Cheng, and his wife opened their first shop under fortunate circumstances. The couple started their business from scratch and upheld the belief that "they must succeed," which laid the foundation for their success over the following 20 years. The second-generation operator, Mr. Tsai Tzung-Yo, has inherited his father's passion and mission for A-Cheng. As a member of the 1980s generation with a background in design, he has thoughtfully redesigned the restaurant's space and menu. Unlike large-scale restaurants, A-Cheng aims to be a "family restaurant" in the hearts of the Tucheng people, inviting tourists passing through Tucheng to "play in Tucheng and eat at A-Cheng."
