A-Cheng Goose Meat Introduction
Located on Qing Shui Road, the traditional goose meat restaurant "A Cheng Goose Meat" has established a good reputation in the Tucheng area for over 20 years since its founding in 1990. The founder, Mr. Tsai Fang Cheng, along with his wife, opened the first store out of a set of circumstances. The couple started their business from scratch, holding onto the belief that "success is a must," which laid the foundation for their success over the next 20 years. The second-generation operator, Mr. Tsai Tsung You, has inherited his father's passion and mission for A Cheng. As a member of Generation X with a design background, he has thoughtfully redesigned the restaurant's space and menu. Different from large restaurants, A Cheng aims to be a "family restaurant" in the hearts of Tucheng locals and hopes that visitors passing through Tucheng can "play in Tucheng and eat at A Cheng."
