A-Cheng Goose Meat Introduction
Located on Qing Shui Road, the traditional goose meat restaurant "Ah Cheng Goose" has established a great reputation in the Tucheng area for over 20 years since its founding in 1990. The founder, Mr. Tsai Fang-cheng, and his wife opened their first shop due to fortunate circumstances. Starting from scratch, the couple was committed to the belief that "success is a must," laying the foundation for their successful reputation over the next 20 years. The second-generation manager, Mr. Tsai Tsung-yu, has inherited his father's passion and mission for Ah Cheng. As a member of the 1980s generation with a major in design, he has thoughtfully redesigned the restaurant space and menu. Unlike large-scale restaurants, Ah Cheng aims to be a "family restaurant" in the hearts of Tucheng residents and hopes that visitors passing through Tucheng can "play in Tucheng and eat in Ah Cheng."
