A-Cheng Goose Meat Introduction
The traditional goose meat restaurant "A-Cheng Goose" is located on Qing Shui Road. Established in 1990, it has garnered a great reputation in the Tucheng area for over 20 years. The founders, Mr. Tsai Fang-Cheng and his wife, opened their first store due to a series of fortunate events. The couple started their business from scratch, adhering to the belief that "we must succeed," which laid the foundation for two decades of success. The second-generation operator, Mr. Tsai Tsung-Yo, inherits his father's passion and mission for A-Cheng. As a member of the sixth generation, he has applied his design expertise and talent to thoughtfully design the space and menu of the restaurant. Unlike large-scale restaurants, A-Cheng aims to be the "family restaurant" in the hearts of Tucheng residents, allowing visitors passing through Tucheng to "play in Tucheng and eat at A-Cheng."
