The team consists of a group of volunteers who share a passion for food, and our service philosophy is based on sincerity, simplicity, warmth, and a strong sense of community. We are dedicated to offering authentic northern-style noodles, ensuring every step from dough making, rolling, stuffing, to the final dish reflects our respect and responsibility toward our customers.
