PAPAMIA Italian Kitchen Introduction
Founded in 1995, Papa Mia is run by an idealistic and persistent female owner, Ms. Yen. She stated that during her university studies in tourism, she developed a deep admiration for Italian cuisine. After graduation, she opened her own Italian restaurant and spent six months in Italy learning authentic Italian cooking. Over the past decade, she has consistently returned to Italy for further learning, dedicating all her spirit and time to the art of Italian culinary. The owner emphasizes that Papa Mia does not win by decoration but focuses on the quality of the dishes. Regarding the cooking style, 80% retains the authentic Italian flavors, while 20% has been adjusted to suit local tastes. Interestingly, the sauce and pasta are ordered separately here, allowing for a combination of 7 types of pasta and 20 types of sauce!
