Passenger Eatery Introduction
[Traveler's Common Q&A] Many of Traveler's dishes are inspired by experiences from journeys. First-time diners may find some flavors to be quite unique. To enhance everyone’s dining experience, we’ve compiled answers to common questions from recent guests regarding our dishes. If you have any other questions about Traveler's menu, don't hesitate to ask our friendly staff! 1. What is that mysterious red object in the scallion pancake? A. It’s our homemade pickled beetroot! The inspiration comes from Australian burgers, and the pickling method was learned from locals, creating a unique taste that pairs perfectly with the pancake! 2. Is the "Middle Eastern Meatball" made of meat? A. No, it's not! It's made from mashed chickpeas, which is a common Jewish dish abroad. This dish is the most popular among our foreign guests! 3. Why does the Oregon salad taste quite mild? A. Yes! People generally associate lamb with a stronger flavor, but our lamb salad is paired with Greek dressing, making it one of the freshest (or mildest?) dishes in the restaurant. If you want to try something with lamb but are worried it might be too mild, we recommend opting for the scallion pancake instead! (This content is excerpted from Passenger's Facebook...)
