Passenger Dining. Traveler Introduction
【Traveler. Common Q&A】Many of Traveler's dishes are inspired by the sights and experiences encountered during their journeys. First-time diners may find the flavors a bit unique. To enhance everyone's dining experience, Traveler has compiled some common questions guests have about the dishes. If you have any other questions about Traveler's menu, please don't hesitate to ask the staff, we are very friendly! 1. What is that mysterious red object in the sesame flatbread? A. It's our handmade pickled beetroot! The inspiration comes from the Australian hamburger, and we learned the pickling method from the locals. The texture is special and pairs very well with the flatbread! 2. Are the "Middle Eastern meatballs" made of meat? A. No! They are made from mashed chickpeas, which is a common Jewish food abroad. This dish is the number one order among our foreign guests! 3. The Oregon salad seems to have a mild flavor? A. Yes! People generally associate lamb with stronger flavors, but our lamb salad is paired with a Greek dressing, making it one of the freshest (lightest?) dishes in the restaurant. If you want to try a lamb dish but are concerned about the flavor being too mild, we recommend ordering the flatbread instead! (This article is excerpted from Passenger随食. Traveler Facebook...)
