The founder, Teacher Chen, graduated from the National Chung Hsing University with a degree in Food Science and is now teaching in the school’s culinary program. With a thorough understanding of various ingredients, he insists on selecting high-quality baking materials from around the world, such as American NP almonds, American cranberries, New Zealand butter, French fermented butter, and Japanese Showa cake flour. He pours his deep commitment to the safety and deliciousness of baked goods into crafting wonderful pastries that uniquely embody Taiwanese memories.
