With a deep understanding of the characteristics of various ingredients, he insists on carefully selecting baking materials from around the world, such as NP almonds from the United States, cranberries from the United States, butter from New Zealand, fermented butter from France, and Showa pastry flour from Japan. He pours his profound belief in the safety and deliciousness of pastries into the meticulous creation of beautiful bakes that resonate with Taiwanese memories.
