The café also serves hot pot with beef, free-range black-bone chicken, and pork, featuring tender shoulder meat with no sinews. The pork is made from pork belly, and the signature chicken hot pot uses fresh free-range chickens, accompanied by ingredients like nine-tail herbs, medicinal herbs, pineapple, bitter melon, mushrooms, and sesame oil.
