Historical Township Office Restaurant Introduction
The Xinhua Street Office (former Town Hall), completed in 1934, is the only remaining building in southern Changhua that imitates the European Renaissance style. It was officially registered as a historical building in Tainan County in 2002. In 2000, it was moved 300 meters during the "Great Transport," and in 2002, it was relocated back to its original site through "magical powers." To preserve the original appearance of the street office, structural reinforcement and restoration were designed by experts, and all renovation work was completed in 2005. The site has been revitalized and is now operated as the 1934 Heritage Restaurant.
