Historical Township Office Restaurant Introduction
Xinhua Street Office (Old Town Hall), completed in 1934, is the only remaining building in southern Changhua that replicates the European Renaissance style. It was officially registered as a historical building in Tainan County in 2002. In 2000, it was moved 300 meters due to "the Great Move" and returned to its original location in 2002 through "magical powers." To preserve the original appearance of the office, experts and scholars designed structural reinforcement and restoration work, which was completed in 2005. It has been revitalized and is now operated as the 1934 Heritage Restaurant.
