Historical Township Office Restaurant Introduction
The Xinhua Street Office (Old Town Hall), completed in 1934, is the only remaining building in southern Changhua that imitates the European Renaissance style. It was officially registered as a historical building of Tainan County in 2002. In 2000, it was relocated 300 meters due to "The Great Relocation," and in 2002, it was moved back to its original site thanks to "Magical Power." To preserve the original appearance of the street office, structural reinforcement and restoration were carried out under the design of experts and scholars, with all renovation work completed in 2005. The revitalization and reuse of the site have been entrusted to manage a 1934 historic restaurant.
