Historical Township Office Restaurant Introduction
The Xinhua Street Office (Old Town Hall) was completed in 1934 and is the only remaining example of European Renaissance architecture south of Changhua. It was officially registered as a historical building in Tainan County in 2002. In 2000, it was relocated 300 meters due to "The Great Move" and was returned to its original site in 2002 through "The Magical Power." To preserve the original appearance of the street office, structural reinforcement and restoration were designed by experts and scholars, with all renovation work completed in 2005. It has been revitalized and is now operated as a restaurant called "1934 Historic Restaurant."
