Director's Teas Egg (Xinhua Store) Introduction
The chief of the Zhi-Yi Police Station in Xinhua, Liao Shih-Hua, possesses a unique skill in making marinated tea eggs. He has transferred this technique to the Xinhua Dongcheng Club and the Zhongxiao Road branch. Using traditional brewed soy sauce along with a unique marinating spice blend, the "Chief's Tea Eggs" have become immensely popular, attracting many visitors.
