Chien Chia Hsuan Bakery was founded in 1963 and combines high-quality local specialties to create gourmet food, snacks, and treats that subvert tradition, offering luxury without the high price tag, thus promoting a new food culture. In addition to a wide variety of Western-style cakes, we also develop traditional Chinese pastries, such as classic handmade mung bean cakes, salted egg yolk pastries, bamboo charcoal brown sugar mochi pastries, and Beijing-style buns.
