Qianjiaxuan Bakery was established in 1963 and combines local high-quality specialties to create innovative, luxurious yet affordable food, snacks, and treats, leading a new wave of food culture. In addition to a variety of Western-style cakes, we also develop traditional Chinese pastries, such as classic handmade mung bean cakes, salted egg yolk pastries, bamboo charcoal brown sugar mochi pastries, and Jingpin Shao (Beijing-style baked goods).
